At Fended, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience with our products. To streamline the complaint process, please adhere to the following timelines and guidelines:
24 Hours Complaints: For complaints regarding physical damage or receiving the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
07 Days Complaints: For software-related issues, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.
More than 07 Days Complaints: If it has been more than 7 days since you received the product, your complaints will be considered for repair only.
Policy Exemptions
For a valid warranty claim, it's essential to follow these guidelines:
- Bluetooth Range: Ensure that the Bluetooth range does not exceed 10 meters.
- Charging Process: Avoid using fast chargers and overcharging.
- Mobile App Connectivity: Ensure that the mobile app is running in the background.
- Water Resistance: Follow all precautionary steps to avoid water damage.
- Battery Timings: Battery life varies depending on usage and connectivity.
- Health Features: Our smartwatches are not substitutes for medical purposes.
- Visual Difference: Actual products may slightly differ from visuals due to screen effects.
- Shock Proof: Handle your smartwatch with care and avoid dropping it from heights or on rough surfaces.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may void the warranty.
Policy Guidelines
To avail of our warranty service, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- The warranty is limited to the first purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
- Retain proof of purchase to avail of warranty service.
- Warranty covers repair or replacement of products only.
- Register for warranty online.
- We may attempt to resolve issues over call or email before proceeding with repair or replacement.
- You are responsible for shipping the product to our location.
- Our TCS process is free, and customers are not required to pay any delivery charges.
- Fended is not liable for delays or damages during transit.
- Replacements will be provided in equivalent condition.
- Any liability related to allergies or rashes caused by our products is not covered.
- Replacement may take up to 15-20 days.
- We will make every effort to replace the exact variant, but in some cases, it may be replaced with a different color.
Policy Validity
Our warranty will not apply in the following cases:
- Dullness of color due to regular wear and tear.
- Issues related to appearance, sound quality, or visibility caused by dust, dirt, or other particulate matter.
- After the warranty period has expired.
- If the product is not operated according to the provided instructions.
- Damage resulting from misuse, repair by unauthorized persons, atmospheric conditions, water damage, etc.
