SHIPPING DETAILS

  • Each order placed on https://fended.pk/ will be shipped to a single address provided at the time of order placement. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders.
  • We partner with reliable courier services for our deliveries and may occasionally adjust our courier partners for convenience.
  • Currently, we only accept orders from within Pakistan. Overseas ordering is not available at this time.
  • Enjoy free delivery for all orders, with no hidden costs. Please refrain from making any additional payments to the rider apart from the item price specified.
  • Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 5-6 working days for major cities and 7-8 working days for other cities. However, please note that delivery may be delayed during peak periods such as sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, with orders placed on Sunday processed the following Monday.

  • While we endeavor to ship all items together in a single order, there may be instances where your order is dispatched separately due to availability issues.
  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Fended.
  • You will also receive an email notification from Fended containing your tracking ID once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive this information, please contact us at +923211114784.
  • Our online payment process is fully secure when using your bank credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can opt for cash on delivery and pay the rider in cash upon delivery.
  • In the event that your account is debited but you do not receive any order details, it indicates a system error. The deducted amount will be refunded to your account by your bank within 3-5 business days. For further assistance, please contact your bank's customer service.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please file a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the order, including your Order # and product photos, by calling us at +923211114784.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched upon receiving a confirmation call from our team. Orders are typically shipped within 4 hours, allowing you to cancel within this timeframe. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
  • To cancel your order, log in to your account, navigate to 'Manage Your Order,' and follow the cancellation process. If you do not have an account, kindly create one on our website and proceed with the cancellation steps.
  • If your Fended smartwatch has not yet been shipped, your order will be canceled within two days of the cancellation request. You will receive an email notification upon successful cancellation. For online payments, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
